Friendly Advice

When cooking/baking, clean as you go along. Mom told me this and it took me a long time to follow this advice out of pure persnicketyness. (Isn't it amazing how smart your parents get as you get older?)

When telling a child to do something, make sure you let them know what will happen if they do not obey you...and follow through. A wise counsellor taught me this.

James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. (NIV) God said this one.

Date for at least two years before considering getting engaged (this one is for younger folk). Then stay engaged for at least a year before getting married. This one is from me. I had found that relationships usually end after two years if they are not meant to be.

If you are going to be involved in a blog challenge whilst in the middle of moving write as many blog entries before the beginning of the challenge. Also mine!
