When oh When Will I Learn...

...to make sure my nails are COMPLETELY dry before I leave my manicure appointment (don't judge - every two weeks my daughter pays for my manicure for all the time I watch Isabella - my idea not hers!)...

...to make a meal plan for the week...

...to stick with a plan that will get me to sleep earlier each night...

...to not take that first bite of something that I know I can't stop eating until it is gone...

...how to keep a neat home...

...how to let go of things that need letting go of...

...how to become more disciplined in every area of my life...

...how to let go and let God be in control...

Overall, though, I have learned that God's mercies are new every morning and He is always, ALWAYS with me; to comfort, to guide and to heal.

  1. It is late and my mind has already gone to bed without me ha! I can relate to many of these things Gail. You are not alone. Lets just say we are a work in progress. Don't be so hard on yourself. You are a smart, intelligent and caring person among many other things. And you are right in saying that God's Mercies are new each day. There is Hope for us. Tomorrow is another day. Sleep well and take good care of my friend. And I hope you don't mind but I am sending a Big Hug for you my friend. Thank you for your friendship. We may not talk often but you have a special place in my heart my dear sister in the Lord. God Bless you and your family Gail.

  4. Hi Gail,

I need to learn a lot of these things too.

It is good that God is always with us, in the valleys as well as the mountain tops

Have a great weekend - Nita
